Will anyone know why I came in?

No. Consultations are in private rooms, reception never announces a reason for a visit, and reminders carry no condition name. Your file is seen by the medical team alone.

Do I need a referral, or can I just book?

You can book directly — no referral needed. If you already have reports from elsewhere, bring them and we’ll read through them with you in plain language.

Should my partner come with me?

For fertility concerns it usually helps — half of all fertility challenges involve a male factor, and decisions are easier made together. For men’s sexual health, come alone if you’d rather. Both are normal here.

I’ve been told there is no sperm in my sample. Is that the end?

Not necessarily. Azoospermia has several causes, and in many men sperm production continues even when none reaches the sample. A proper work-up establishes which situation applies before anyone draws conclusions.

What will treatment cost?

All costs are explained transparently during consultation and provided in writing before treatment is undertaken. It depends entirely on what the assessment finds, so we do not publish figures that would mislead you — including the cost of tests.
